Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey completed on May 5, 2023, found that Fresenius Medical Care Export had corrected the condition level and standard deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D, Conditions for Coverage of Suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Services. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on March 27, 2023.
